Analyzing Vegetables Juices

Vegetables fermented with lactic acid contain valuable probiotics, namely lactic acid bacteria, which promote a healthy intestinal flora, i.e. the microbiome and thus a strong immune system.
 
Vegetable juices, such as sauerkraut juice and other fermentation samples, can be examined using the UV test to determine D- and L-lactic acid (lactate) in our Photometer 680.
